The decoration at Riad Chebbi was absolutely charming, with beautiful Moroccan-inspired details throughout the hotel. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with easy navigation and no obstacles that would hinder my movement.
I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff in catering specifically to the needs of senior guests.

The riad at the great location was a perfect base for exploring the nearby Erg Chebbi dunes. The rooms were just as beautiful and comfortable as shown in the pictures. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, offering friendly and helpful service. The food was delicious, especially the home-cooked dinner and breakfast. We also had the opportunity to take a memorable 4x4 tour of the dunes and witness both the sunset and sunrise from the riad. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in the Sahara desert.

We did a camel sunrise tour for €20pp, which was a short walk away from the hotel and provided a magical experience. This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The rooms are super comfy and quiet, with extra large beds that are a dream to sleep in. The location overlooking the dunes is jaw-dropping. The pool area is a total gem, but our favorite spot was the rooftop for stargazing. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and they make sure every detail is taken care of for your utmost comfort. And let me tell you about the incredible argan and orange blossom soap - the scent stays with you for hours! Conveniently located on the edge of the desert, it's easy to wander out and watch the camels and enjoy the dunes. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, and the staff, led by Abdou, goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great time. They even provided us with a packed breakfast and delicious takeaway coffee for our early departure, which was super appreciated. This stay was absolutely incredible, and the staff made a huge difference in the quality and relaxation of our time. The location is also the best, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and right at the entrance of the desert, with camel rides easily booked right at the hotel. They even surprised us with a room upgrade that faced the dunes. The breakfast is great, and the swimming pool area and terrace are perfect for seeing the sunrise over the dunes. The staff is always ready to help with anything you need. this was our favorite place in Morocco and we cannot recommend it enough!

The room at Riad Chebbi was cozy and comfortable, with a laptop-friendly workspace that made it easy for me to catch up on work. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot Merzouga weather. Plus, the free WiFi and separate sitting area made it feel like a home away from home.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the city view from some of the rooms. But hey, that's just my opinion, and I'm sure others might find it fascinating.

We were blown away by the location, which was close to everything we wanted to do! The hotel was just on the edge of the desert, providing stunning views of the dunes. The room was spotless, spacious and equipped with aircon, making it very comfortable. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast and were charmed by the helpfulness of the staff. They even arranged a camel ride for us! We loved the beautiful swimming pool and the hospitality of the hotel.
The quantities served at dinner were huge, which led to food waste.

Located conveniently close to the Sahara desert, this hotel is perfect for any activities. Friendly and helpful staff spoke English which made things easy. The food was great with delicious breakfast and dinner, which was home-cooked. The rooms were comfortable, extremely clean, and beautifully decorated. The pool was a great place to relax with a beautifully decorated garden.
Despite the great food, at times portions may have been too big, which could be overwhelming. The staff was helpful with the organization, but at times an overbearing concern for our comfort may have seemed a bit pushy.

The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the pool and the terrace with a beautiful view of the desert. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.
Nothing at all.

I chose this hotel for attending a forum and was impressed with the business facilities provided by Riad Chebbi. The ironing service was convenient, and their fax and photocopying services were efficient. The staff ensured that my work needs were met, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free.
The only thing I missed was a dedicated business center where I could have worked in a more professional setting.

The views from the terrace were beautiful, especially during sunrise and sunset. The pool was also a nice place to relax and cool off in the heat. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The room was not as clean as expected, with dust and dirt in some corners. the shower was difficult to use and didn't have consistent water pressure.
